Craig Petersen

VICE PRESIDENT

Craig Petersen has watched Brookfield grow since its founding by his father, Phil, in 1995.  Craig joined the company in 2004 and was named vice president in 2016. Craig’s responsibilities include day-to-day onsite operations, sales and marketing, land planning, product development and customer service. OUR VISION FOR CONSCIENTIOUS DEVELOPMENT

As developers, it is our goal to find effective building solutions that protect forests and support the well-being of local wildlife. By adhering to a strict set of environmentally-friendly building practices, you can trust that your home is symbiotic with its environment and not as a result of deforestation.

As part of our commitment to the environment and protecting at-risk wildlife locally and on a global level, Brookfield Communities is working to save the last gorillas from extinction in partnership with the Phoenix Zoo and the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International.

For each home sold, Brookfield Communities makes a contribution to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International.
